Ketobodz Keto that since I lost the 55 pounds it has been a battle for me to start losing again and last year was definitely a battle and it continues to be and I only can lay the blame on myself so let's get into it the first one is I do not need to count my points or calories or whatever it is you're doing I do not need to count it I think to myself I know how many points I've pretty much done this week or today or this meal and I know I'm good and so I don't do the actual you know figuring out on the app or even writing down the things that I need to do so that is definitely a huge one for me because then I'm not keeping track of it for the entire week when you actually see how many points do I actually have left over at the end of the day and you are able to say with confidence yes I can eat this you know fill in the blank because I know I have the points leftover to be able to do that I think a lot of times we deceive ourselves and if we're not keeping track I think you're way over what you think you are and that's me too like please do not feel I'm yelling at you guys I'm preaching to the choir here I need to keep track of my points number two calories don't matter now if you're doing counting calories then you obviously are probably not believing this lie I think this is an easy one with Weight Watchers because when you are just saying okay I've got all these zero points and I can go ahead and keep eating them because it's zero points it is a biological fact that if you eat more calories than you expend you're going to gain weight or you're not going to
